Kris Blouch started his journey into ICS security when he worked for the Underwriters Laboratory LLC on the 2900 series of ICS and Industrial IoT certifications. That team also handled gap analysis and cyber security penetration testing for industrial equipment of all types. In that role he had the unique opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and interact with multiple teams and companies across the world. He is passionate about understanding underlying technologies and is focused on building security solutions and systems that can be utilized early in deployment and development and in strengthening security sharing practices and programs across the industry. He currently works in Las Vegas as a Pentester and ICS security specialist.
